If you are experiencing issues with course playback at your organization, please see consult our technical requirements guide and notes below:
- Please ensure that you are in a location with a strong Internet connection when viewing courses. We recommend a speed of at least 3 Mbps in order to view videos without interruption.
- Additionally, to improve video quality, we recommend watching the course in HD (please select in the lower right hand corner of the player as shown in the screenshot below.
